‘McDreamy’ – Patrick Dempsey To Leave Grey’s Anatomy [Video]

Last week I was heartbroken to find out that Christopher Meloni was leaving “Law & Order SVU” and now today word is Patrick Dempsey will leave “Greys Anatomy" after next season.   Dr. “McDreamy” Shepherd will apparently check out of the hospital after being with the show since it began in 2005. Dempsey spoke with the Italian edition of Vanity Fair and spilled the beans.  Dempsey’s publicist claims the actor hasn’t made a decision regarding his future with Greys, telling Entertainment Weekly, “He was referring to the fact his contract is up at the end of next season and we have no idea what the future holds”  Conflicting stories but I get the feeling he will exit the show.

I admit I’ve watched the “Grey’s” since it started, I can’t help myself I love all the drama.  I’ve enjoyed watching Patrick on the show and I’ve liked most of the movies he has been in to.  The first I remember is “Can’t Buy Me Love” where he played a nerd/lawn boy who paid a popular girl to like him so he could break in to the popular crowd.  Yes it was a film from the 80’s and I loved it at the time.
