Meet the WNY Athletes Representing USA at 2016 Rio Olympics
At least nine athletes from Western New York will wear red, white and blue in Rio for the 2016 Olympics this summer.
This year, there is a record number of countries participating in a record number of sports. More than 10,500 athletes from 206 National Olympic Committees, including first time entrants Kosovo and South Sudan, are competing in Rio. The games kick off August 5.
