Michigan Police Department Gives Gifts Instead Of Tickets

I'm convinced that any driver who claims never to have been pulled over by a police officer for some traffic infraction is either lying or they just don't do a lot of driving.  Ignorance is never an excuse, but sometimes you do something and you don't even realize you're doing it.  Then you see the flashing lights in the rearview mirror and then you start to trying to figure out what the heck you did.

One Michigan police department decided they wanted to improve the perception that some people have when they deal with police officers by giving gifts instead of tickets when people were stopped for minor violations.  Check out the video to find out how it went down.
