Million Dollar Quartet Is Coming To Buffalo [VIDEO]

I am not too fond of Broadway musicals, but once in a while, something comes along that grabs my interest. Million Dollar Quartet is coming to Shea's Performing Arts Center in Buffalo in a few weeks. The story centers around a jam session that took place in 1956 with Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash and Carl Perkins. This meeting of the four icons took place at the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis, Tennessee. Word leaked out about this session and a newspaper reporter was quoting as saying, "These guys could sell a million". So that's where the title Million Dollar Quartet came from. I am looking forward to seeing this show. Here's a video of a recent appearance in Rochester.
