Muzzleloading Season Begins One Week From Today [VIDEO]

There are many different devices you can use to harvest a deer: bow, shotgun, rifle, pistol and muzzleloader. Muzzleloading is a throwback to the old days where you have to put gunpowder in your barrel and then push a bullet down the barrel so it is firmly resting on top of the powder. You then have to put a primer in the gun when you are ready to use it. The primer will ignite the gunpowder and the gun will fire. Even using a modern muzzleloader, you are still embracing the old fashioned style of hunting from years gone by. I recently purchased a new muzzleloader rifle and I will be in the woods come opening day on Monday.
