For years people claim they've been seeing them flying in the skies all around the world.  They've presented what they claim are photos and videos, yet people remain skeptical that we're being visited by beings from another world in flying saucers.

Some people near Hawaii may actually get to see a flying saucer today as NASA will try again to test an experimental craft after bad weather called off a try earlier this week.  It's one of a series of tests of a flying vehicle - a flying saucer - that one day could put men on Mars.

A large helium balloon will be launched from the U.S. Navy's Pacific Missile Range Facility in Kauai, Hawaii and will carry the NASA craft to a height of 120,000 feet.  From there four small rockets will propel it another 60,000 feet, 34 miles above the surface of the earth.  Then, slowed by a series of parachutes, it will begin a plunge back into the Pacific Ocean where it will be recovered.

The whole thing will televised live on UStream and NASA TV beginning at 1:30 pm EDT.
