The 9th Duff's Famous Wings has been eyed up by Duff's owner Greg Duell, owner of the Eastern Hills Mall location. It's no secret that Duff's wants to be in the City of Buffalo, but nothing has been confirmed yet. WKBW notes that negotiations for the Elmwood location have been happening.
