Of the 100 largest businesses in Western New York, how many of them do you think are led by women?  It may be fewer than you think.

According to Buffalo Business First, it's only 21.  21 businesses that are run by women.  It's 2018 right?

The Western New York Women's Foundation is hoping to raise that number with the opening of a new initiative called "All In."  According to WKBW, it's an intiative to "give women the resources to create a culture of possibility so each woman and girl can live, grow and lead to her fullest potential."

The new initiative was launched on Thursday night at the Theodore Roosevelt Inauguration site to provide resources to women in Western New York to fill leadership roles and for businesses to hire these women.
