New Mighty Taco is Now Open in Downtown Buffalo

I can’t count how many times I’ve had a craving for Mighty Taco during the day here at the office. Now I can feed my craving at the new location of one of Western New York’s favorite chains. Mighty Taco is now open in the Chippewa Entertainment district downtown. Located on the ground floor of the historic Calumet Building, this Mighty Taco store is going to look more like a club than a restaurant. Thirty-five employees have been hired and the store is ready to stay open late on Thursday, Friday and Saturday’s – until 5 a.m. to keep up with the late night crowd in the district. I can hear the jingle now … Mighty Taco, Mighty Taco, it’s calling my name.
