Scammers are getting sneakier by the day.

Now, they are focusing on anyone who is SELLING a product on any platform.

The scammer will contact you and ask if they can pay via PayPal and when you say 'yes', they will send you a fake email that looks like it came from PayPal that says someone paid you for a product.

Most people don't check their account that the money ACTUALLY hit.

The seller then sends the product and now, they're out money and their goods.

"Whenever someone (could be a PayPal customer or not) suspects they are the target of spam or a potential scam that may be, for example, posing as a PayPal email, they can contact spoof@paypal.com, and our dedicated security team will review the information and take action if needed", according to PayPal.
