New York Lawmakers Push To Give Illegal Immigrants Their Licence In New York

New York lawmakers are pushing to allow illegal immigrants to grant them their NYS driver's licence. Assemblyman Phil Ramo and Assemblyman Francisco Moya say that driving is a necessity and should not be an impossible task, but their license would be limited, though giving them the ability to drive.

The limited license would not make them eligible to get onto planes or cross the border properly, ironically. As expected, the bill is expected to meet opposition.
