News Station Reports Water Freezes in Freezing Temperatures [VIDEO]

Not everyone deals with the cold temperatures the same.  It really does effect some of us more than others.  We tend to pride ourselves on how we handle the subzero temperatures and deep snows of winter here in Buffalo.  But some people don't get these extreme conditions as often.

I don't mean to spoil this video for you but when you put water outside in freezing temperatures...it freezes.  This is how dumb we have become as a nation.  The news station feels it's necessary to remind you that this happens when it gets cold outside.
