NYS Sets New Law on Underage Piercings

If you have young kids at home and they want a piercing sometime soon, heads up. There is a new law in New York State that takes effect in 90 days that you should be aware of.Gov. Cuomo has signed a law that will require parental consent to be given before any underage kid can get a  piercing anywhere OTHER than their ears. The amount of skin related issues has caused the NYS Legislature to put this law into effect.
