Official WYRK Statement on Eric Church’s Taste Of Country Makeup Show [FULL DETAILS]

To our valued listeners and fans:

We are delighted to announce that Capital Records Nashville recording artist Eric Church will be coming back to Buffalo on June 28, 2012 to perform a make-up show for Taste of Country 2012, which was suspended for safety reasons on June 1^st.  We invite you to join us and Eric out at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center for the show.  All ticketholders for Taste of Country 2012 will receive the same number of tickets for Darien Lake that you purchased for the June 1^st event.  Gates will open at 6:00pm, and the show will begin at 7:30pm.  Show Dog-Universal recording artist JT Hodges and Buffalo's own Maddie Larkin will join Eric as special guests to open the show.  Due to Eric’s schedule and the schedule of the Buffalo Bisons baseball team, we will not be able to hold this event downtown at Coca-Cola Field.

All Taste of Country 2012 ticketholders will be able to exchange their June 1^st tickets for the make-up show at no additional charge.  Gold Circle ticket holders for the June 1^st show will be guaranteed first priority for reserved seating at Darien Lake.  No additional new tickets will be sold for this event.  Instructions for the ticket exchange are as follows:

• If you purchased your tickets online or on the telephone from Tickets.com, there is no additional action needed on your part.  Your new tickets for June 28^th will be automatically mailed to you in the next two weeks at the address you provided at the time of your original purchase.  You should receive a confirmation email from Tickets.com by the end of this week in this regard.  If you have any questions about this process, please call Tickets.com directly at (888) 223-6000.
• If you purchased tickets at the Coca-Cola Field box office, you will need to return there in person to exchange your tickets by noon on Wednesday, June 27^th.  Acceptable proof of purchase will be required for the ticket exchange.  This includes ticket stubs or purchase receipts.  You may also provide the credit card used for the purchase, as well as a form of valid, government-issued photo identification.  Please understand that you will not be able to exchange your tickets without the acceptable proof of original purchase listed above with no exceptions.  The Coca-Cola Field box office is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.  Ticket exchanges will only be accepted until noon on Wednesday, June 27^th and will not be available thereafter.
• Note that we will not be able to process exchanges at Darien Lake on the night of the show.  For this reason, you must have secured your new tickets in advance, according to the instructions above.  We will not be selling tickets at the show, and we will not have the facilities to process exchanges that night, so please do not come out to the show unless and until you have your new tickets for June 28^th in hand.

There will be no refunds available for Taste of Country 2012.  Additionally, if you purchased your tickets through a third-party broker or broker website, you will need to return to that source.  Unfortunately, in this case, there is nothing that WYRK, Tickets.com, Coca-Cola Field, or Darien Lake will be able to do to help you, as we do not control third-party ticket sales.
