One year ago today, three people died and more than 260 people were injured when two bombs exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

It seems as though people in Boston can still not be at peace, as a man, barefoot and dressed with a black veil, dropped one backpack and started walking away at the site of the finish line of the Boston Marathon, that exact spot where people died in last year's Marathon.
