Kristian Bush is working on his own solo album, but his work with Jennifer Nettles as part of the award-winning duo Sugarland is never far from his mind. The singer-songwriter, who co-wrote most of the songs on their four studio albums, reveals that many of the tunes told one continuous story.
Sugarland continue to fight off rumors of a breakup, as they have been since announcing their solo ventures. Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush maintain they're not broken up as a duo, but when asked about a future tour together, they had very different answers.
Tim McGraw is once again working with a renowned movie director, but it's not to return to acting. The singer is teaming up with Oscar-nominated 'Moneyball' director Bennett Miller for an installment of the 'American Express Unstaged' series.
Kristian Bush doesn't have many fears, but the singer says there's one thing he's extra cautious about. On Monday night (August 4), fans and WYRK Country Club members were treated to an exclusive acoustic performance by Sugarland's Kristian Bush at Mickey Rats. Kristian played some Sugarland hits and some of his new solo stuff too.
Kristian Bush’s solo debut is as funky and upbeat as you’d expect it to be. The male half of Sugarland is always smiling. His first crack at solo success is no less of a ray of sunshine than any of his duo’s most contagious cuts.

Jennifer Nettles' bonus track 'His Hands' (featuring Brandy Clark) on the deluxe edition of her first solo album is a song worth listening to. It has all the elements of a great tune -- and a compelling story, a surprising twist that will startle any listener and an impactful message that is meant to help other women in the same situation.
At least it looked like Carrie Underwood. In fact, this "girl" even sounds like Carrie Underwood. Take a look … you'll see there’s something about this ’Sesame Street’ character that isn’t quite right.
