Dozens of parents are filing a class-action lawsuit against a school district in Chautauqua County, according to WKBW.

They're fighting to block a plan that has their kids being sent to another school district. By this fall, Ripley High School students will be sent to Chautauqua Lake. All of the students, grades 7-12, will be moving, and Ripley will officially close.

Parents were originally notified that students would be going somewhere else about 20 minutes away. They were OK with that. Then they found out the new school was about an hour away. They weren't OK anymore.
