Photoshop or Not? Can You Tell?

So I happened to come across this picture online and thought to myself that's a pretty good Photoshop job.  There's no way it could be real.  But after a little more looking I came across this video and it's amazing any airport in the world would allow a road and a beach virtually at the edge of the runway.  This is the airport on St. Maarten island in the Carribean.
