Play Ms. PAC-MAN Around WYRK in Downtown Buffalo

Every once in awhile something cool happens on your computer and now it's happening in Buffalo. This "Ms. PAC-MAN" feature in Google Maps has been around for awhile but never before could you play it on a map of Buffalo. It looks like that changed recently because now you can PAC-MAN your way around town at the hot spots! It's pretty simple to play this classic arcade game right on your computer. Just head over to google.com/maps and type in your location. For example, "Lafayette Square, Buffalo".

Once you have brought up your locations you will find two options in the lower left hand corner of the map. One option is Google Earth, which will give you a satellite image of your location and the other option is Ms. PAC-MAN!  The image will say "Insert Coin", click on that image and get ready for some fun. Watch the screen transform before you. One minute you have a map and the next minute you have your game screen. Ms. PAC-MAN is ready to rock.

You will use your arrows on your keyboard as your joystick and the same rules apply to this version of Ms.PAC-MAN as the classic arcade style game. You can try pulling up your favorite Buffalo locations to see if they are also available to be transformed for Ms. PAC-MAN. See if your neighborhood or workplace makes the cut and start having some fun!

If you choose to play around WYRK, just make sure you don't eat Clay, Dale, Brett, Wendy, Rob, Dean or ME!
