Pregnant Woman Craves Roadkill

My wife has been pregnant twice.  Her cravings were never all that strange to me.  They went from spaghetti to greek food.  It was all stuff that I could enjoy with her...and I definitely did!  But this craving is a little mit more extravagant.

According to The NY Daily News, professional taxidermist Alison Brierley has had cravings to eat the animals that she normally makes jewelry from...but these ones are found on the side of the road.

“Usually, I eat really healthily, but now I'm pregnant I get strong cravings for roadkill,”

Yep...roadkill.  Doesn't sound safe does it?  I mean, I've seen Bear Grylls eat animals that have been dead for a day or two but this is a pregnant woman who has another life at her mercy. 

She says her first experience with roadkill came after she found a 'perfectly good' pheasant at the side of the road that she marinated in olive oil for a couple days.
