President Obama Names Wrong Man As Buffalo Mayor [VIDEO]

President Obama was in Buffalo to speaking at UB about his plan for a new government rating system for colleges and universities. When it came time to thank local dignitaries, Obama referred to Mayor Brown as "Brian Higgins" who was also present at today's event.
