Just over two years ago, Jake Owen was playing a show for his hometown in Vero Beach, Fla. with his family and friends all in the crowd. Jake knew though that night would be more than just a show.

During his final tune, "Don't Think I Can't Love You", Jake pulled his longtime girlfriend Lacey Buchanan on stage and changed up the song just a bit right before he got down on one knee, which sent the crowd into a screaming tizzy.
