Reporter Pam Oliver Takes Football To The Face [VIDEO]

It's happened to me a couple of times while teams were warming up before games -- getting hit on the noggin with a football.  Whether it's thrown, kicked or it's a ricochet, it hurts.

Give credit to Fox reporter Pam Oliver. She took one to the side of the face while covering the preseason game between the New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts. Backup quarterback Chandler Harnish apparently spotted Oliver "open" on the sideline, but she couldn't hang on to the ball.

Check it out. It almost looks like he was throwing it right at her.

Harnish apologized, and Oliver continued her duties, never missing a beat.
