Robin Gibb Of The “Bee Gees” Loses Battle With Cancer [VIDEO]
Robin Gibb (1/3 of the Bee Gees) passed away on Sunday after a long battle with cancer. He was 62. Gibb had been diagnosed with colon and liver cancer roughly 2 years ago. The disease left Gibb hospitalized numerous times over the past year. As a matter of fact, Gibb was in the hospital last month because he caught pneumonia.

Robin was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1994
His group, "The Bee Gees", was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997
Robin's twin Maurice (also a part of the Bee Gee's) passed away in 2003
The group had 3 huge hits in the 70's-"Stayin' Alive", "How Deep Is Your Love" & "Night Fever"
Those 3 songs were a part of the "Saturday Night Fever" Soundtrack, which spent 24 weeks atop the Billboard Albums Chart.
