Donovan Metz Is Our Good Kid Of The Week

He's a 12-year old from Lancaster.  He attends Lancaster Middle School and he's this week's Good Kid of the Week.  Congratulations to Donovan Metz.

Donovan lost his big brother James in that tragic plane crash during a youth event last month in Lancaster.  As a result, family friend Kelly Ostermeier says Donovan started a campaign to raise money to refurbish the basketball courts at Keysa Park in the town in his brother's honor.

At last check Donovan has raised $30,000 of the $125,000 needed to complete the project.  If you'd like to make a donation you can do it here - James Metz Memorial Fund.

Kelly says Donovan has been a great comfort to his parents and friends, thinking of them instead of his own grief.
