Salute to Seniors: Marie Onesi

This week we salute Marie Onesi.  She was nominated by her daughter, Patricia Bateson, who writes:

At 91 years old my mother is very involved in the lives of her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. Every weekday morning she helps with three great grandchildren getting off to school and in the afternoon sits anxiously waiting for the bus to drop off the two youngest ones. She keeps in touch with friends and family all over the country on Facebook and never forgets a birthday or anniversary.

Each week, we highlight a senior who has enriched the lives of those in their Western New York community. Whether they are a friend or family, everyone knows a senior who has made a lasting, positive impact on their life.
