Scotty McCreery Trades Concert Stage For Pitcher’s Mound

I had heard that Scotty McCreery would continue to play baseball but now it’s a fact, Scotty will trade in the concert stage for a pitcher’s mound this spring.  He is going to play once again with his high school’s baseball team in Gamer, North Carolina as soon as he wraps up his obligations to the Brad Paisley tour in mid-March.  He has played with the team for four years but couldn’t last year because of ‘American Idol’ so he wanted to get back on field this year one more season.  I think this shows us that Scotty isn’t letting all his recent success go to his head, its good he remains grounded and wants to stay connected with his high school.  He has plenty of time to dive head first in to music.
