“Shabby” Looking Niagara Falls State Park To Be Spruced Up

New York State announced yesterday that Niagara Falls State Park will be receiving  some much needed upgrades. Items on the list for improvements are the scenic overlook, Discovery Center, Pedestrian Bridge over the rapids,  and new trolleys will be added to the current fleet.

Niagara Falls State Park, one of the oldest in the nation and NYS Parks Commissioner Rose Harvey has made Niagara Falls State Park a priority.

"People were talking about Niagara Falls looking shabby - and Niagara Falls can't look shabby. We need to show this can be America's most visible, most important park in the past, in the present and in the future,"
