I'm not a fan of heights, so I doubt I'd ever attempt to stand on any type of skydeck that's meant for tourists to stand on. This story truly freaks me out.

A group of tourists were visiting Chicago's Willis Tower, and stood on the building's skydeck. While on the deck, they saw and heard what sounded like the deck shattering beneath them.

Turns out the shattering and cracks were only on the coating on top of the skydeck's structural platform, which is still sound, according to the building's engineers.
