Well, this will bring you to tears. These two young people are two of the bravest and inspiring people that I have ever come across.

Both Stella and Lucas were both diagnosed with leukemia a few years ago and have met each other throughout the numerous hospital stays as they battle cancer in Western New York.

If there's one thing they've learned from each other – they're not alone. Stella has suddenly been going through a lot; and as the doctors continue to try and figure out what is going on with her body, Lucas, Stella's boyfriend, made this video to cheer her up.
