Anybody that's ever been to New York City knows there's somebody with their hand out at every turn. In Times Square on any given day, you'll find cartoon characters offering to pose for pictures with you, at a price. If what you think is the right price isn't quite what the cartoon character had in mind, they sometimes get nasty.

New York City police are always standing by in tourist spots to enforce "quality of life" issues, and that's when the confrontation with Spider Man happened. After a 30-second wrestling match, Spider Man was unmasked, and it turned out to be a 25-year-old Brooklyn man who was charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was being held on $5,000 bail.
