SSG Jeremiah G. Prine Is This Week’s Hometown Hero

It’s time once again for our Hometown Hero, brought to you by Batavia Downs Gaming with help from our friends at WNY Heroes who help us with our nominations every week.  This week, our Hometown Hero is from Buffalo, NY.  From our United States Army, it’s SSG Jeremiah G. Prine!

Jeremiah has served in our United States Army, Army Reserves and National Guard since 2002.  He started out from 2002-2006 as an ammunition supply specialist in the army, signed up for the Reserves in 2006 and served there until 2008 and has been serving in the National Guard since then.

He served over seas with 2 Tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Feedom and 1 Tour in Kuwait in support of Operation New Dawn.

And he isn't even the only veteran in his home.  His wife Kristy is also a US Army Veteran who has served as a medic in Iraq. Together they have 3 daughters, Meghan (11 years old), Chloe (4 years old) and Quinn (1 year old).

This week, we are proud to name Jeremiah G. Prine our Hometown Hero of the week!
