In February this year, Western New York helped us raise over $315,000 for the St. Jude Children's Hospital.  To date with your help we've raised over $600,000 in just two years.  As you may know, St. Jude Research Hospital shares all protocols and research freely with hospitals here in Western New York, the United States and around the world.  I was fortunate to see patient and aspiring broadcaster, Austin speak at the St. Jude for their yearly 'Country Cares for St. Jude Kids' seminar in January.

Austin interviewed Cleveland Lineman Shon Coleman after he was drafted to play for the Browns.  Austin's dream is to be a sports broadcasting and that's why is so thrilling to share the news that he will be part of t NFL Network today, Austin is a Broncos fan and will be announcing the Broncos’ Round 1 pick during the NFL Draft. Austin who is 17, from New Mexico, was diagnosed with Oligoastrocytoma, a rare form of cancer, at the age of two and has been in remission since 2007. Today, as a junior in high school, Austin is an announcer for a sports radio show in his hometown and is an on-air personality and prep sports statistician for local ESPN radio in New Mexico.
