St. Patty’s Day: A Few Facts About Clovers!
With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I figured to post about something other than the typical Guinness or Jameson posts to put up on WYRK.com. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to post about two of my favorite drinks, but I’m trying to stay away from the same ole same ole yearly posts. I can’t promise that you won’t find mentions of those traditional Irish drinks throughout the week, but for now, its CLOVERS!
Did you know that each leaf on a 4-leaf clover stands for something. Legend says that the first leaf is for…….hope. The second is for faith. The 3rd is for love and the fourth is for luck!
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the most leaves found on a clover is 14!
It is estimated that there are nearly 10,000 3-leaf clovers for every 4-leaf clover!
