Superman Gets A Makeover

Some changes ahead for Superman. He and Lois Lane are no longer an item. DC Comics is giving Superman a new look and fresh stories including a new twist to his longtime relationship with Lois Lane. In upcoming issues of the the long-running series, Lois will have a new boyfriend. Should be interesting to find out how that happened.

Superman himself is also getting a makeover. He's getting a whole new wardrobe losing his red pants going with an all-blue bodysuit instead. He'll be keeping his red cape though. You'll also see the caped crusader in shorts and a t-shirt. He'll also have some metal body armor.

Superman first hit the newstands 73 years ago in 1938, so maybe it was about time for an update. The new Superman has more of a 21st Century look.
