I was looking forward to the return of Billy Crystal as the host of the Academy Awards last night and overall he did a fairly decent job, there were some funny parts and one liners. The 2011 Oscar nominations were announced this morning in Beverly Hills, and there are no real surprises this year. “Black Swan”, “The fighter”, “Inception”, “The Kids Are All Right”, “The King’s Speech”, “127 Hours”, “The Social Network”, “True Grit”, “Winter’s Bone” and “Toy Story 3” all received nods for best picture.
