My July 4th holiday is a little bit sadder this year. We lost an American original. The much loved Andy Griffith died yesterday morning. He was 86. Yes it's true, he lived a good and long life, yet there are certain folks who are just never supposed to leave us. He was one of them.

When we growing up and were home sick from school, Mayberry was always a show we watched. So it's sad to hear that Andy Griffith has passed away. He was a true TV legend and someone that even Brad Paisley honored. Remember him from this video?
