Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have made a special deal with their custody settlement. The two re-hab veterans have agreed to no drug testing for either of them. All I can think of is, "only in California". Not trying to bag on either of them but they both have had quite a few past issues with drug abuse. They are parents of twin boys and have agreed to joint custody, no pun intended!

Sources for the Hollywood Reporter have confirmed that funnyman Ashton Kutcher will replace Charlie Sheen on 'Two and a Half Men' next season.

Though reps for CBS, studio Warner Bros. and Kutcher declined to comment, sources claim the deal is "all but signed." Kutcher also posted a coy tweet late Thursday night, asking, "What's the square root of 6.25?"

You had to know it was just a matter of time. Warner Brothers Television announced today it has terminated Charlie Sheen from "Two And A Half Men" effective immediately. As far as the future of the show, CBS says it hasn't made any firm decisions.

Meanwhile Sheen responded that his firing was "Good news. They continue to be in breach. Now I can take their bazillions."
