Vincent Williams. You may not recognize his name yet, but if you've been a country music fan for any length of time, you've probably heard his songs.  In 2002, Williams wrote the Rascal Flatts' blockbuster, “I’m Movin’ On,” named the 2003 Academy of Country Music Awards' Song of the Year.
