This year's WYRK Toyota Taste of Country after party is at Dinosaur BBQ on Franklin Street, downtown and boy are we excited.  Great food, live music and maybe even some special appearances.  You just never know!

Think it's easy?  Well, Liz Mantel and I recently went behind the scenes at Dinosaur BBQ to check out where all the magic happens and found out it's a lot of work. Everything they served at Dinosaur BBQ is made in-house.  All the meats are prepared in their wood-fired smokers.  Their sides are made fresh daily.  And that's a large reason why they were selected as the official site of the WYRK Toyo

The Official Taste of Country 2017 After Party at Dinosaur BBQ was huge! The show may have been over, but the party certainly wasn't. Dinosaur was at capacity, and the place was rocking thanks to West of the Mark and a surprise appearance and PERFORMANCE by Eric Van Houten...

Originally out of Syracuse, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que will now have restaurants in Rochester, Buffalo, Troy and Harlem.
