Don't get me wrong, my wife Maribeth and I LOVE our dog "Pearl" and wouldn't give her up for all the money in the world. She is a Shepard/Pitbull mix. I rescued her nearly 13 years ago after finding her abandoned on Squaw Island. I turned her over to the SPCA, but when no one claimed her, we did! Though she is growing older and has some health issues, she is one loved dog. She does her share of tricks, but I feel somewhat inspired to teach her some new ones after watching this video.

I love to see a dog that can do some tricks. My son and I have taught our Golden Retriever Bailey quite a few tricks. Bailey can sit, lay down, give you his paw (even both), speak on command, roll over, play dead and you can even put a treat on his nose and he will sit there for forever until you tell him it's OK to get it

Now that’s talent! My childhood dog knew how to beg, fetch and pull my hat off my head while sledding. I doubt he could ever have mastered anything like this.
