Erie County fair

So Liz and Clay challenged me to see how much free food I could get at the Erie County Fair.  I don't like to think of it as begging.  I call it promoting the vendors.  We taste the food, give our opinions and encourage people to stop by the various vendors and try their food for themselves.

So I'm staying at the Erie County Fair in a camper provided by Camping World of Buffalo in Hamburg.  And because I'm here everyday I figured I should do some things I've never done before.

Weider's has brought back the famous 1885 burger to the Erie County Fair.  The story is that the concept of the hamburger was created at the Erie County Fair 130 years ago and Weider's got a hold of the original recipe.

We love Jeff the animal Guy and this year he has brought a very endangered animal to the fair. This little girl is so cute! Kya is a clouded leopard and according to Jeff there are only about 60 right now on the planet. She is 11 weeks old and is just one of the many unique animals you can see at his exhibit this year at the Erie County Fair. F...

If you like it loud get ready for two days of pulling action at the Erie County Fair!! Six classes of the biggest, loudest, and toughest trucks and tractors around will be pulling each night of the Truck and Tractor Pull. There are so many food options at The Erie County Fair and ALL of them are delicious! From the 4-H Cafe to the Gator stand, you can't go wrong! But, if you're there early in the morning (or really anytime of day) you should check out Mr. Sticky...
