Tickets for Buffalo Sabres season tickets will be increasing from $2.00 to $8.00 a game for next season.  It will increase the average price to $53.00 per ticket, well below the NHL average of $75.00 a ticket.  The Sabres say the team has ranked in the bottom five among all NHL teams for ticket prices over the past five years.

It was first called 'Crossroads Arena'. Then in 1996 its name was changed to 'Marine Midland Arena'.  Three years later in 1999 the name changed to 'HSBC Arena' and now the building that The Buffalo Sabres call home is going to be called something else again.
