What are they even trying to say here?

When you decide to have a garage sale or a yard sale, you're depending on people coming to the sale. With these signs, how could they skip it?

I was driving to work the other day when I recognized this sign on the side of a building downtown.  The building is Ballyhou at the corner of Michigan and South Park, and it's the third one I've seen at that bar that has cracked me up.
