It consists of a full pound of beef stuffed with ultra sharp cheddar, 6 more types of cheeses, bacon, chili, pulled pork, two fried eggs, guacamole, onion rings, fresh cut fries, froggy skins, jalapeno, lettuce, mayo, huckleberry bar-b-que sauce, all stuffed into a bucket.  When the waitress brings it to your table they tip it over and it comes out looking like a sand castle. </p>
<p>One of my co-workers challenged me to see if I could eat the whole thing in 30 minutes.  watch the video to see what happens.</p>
