February 14, 2011 Keith Urban won another Grammy last night, male country vocalist for “Till Summer Comes Around”. The award wasn’t shown on the program it was announced before the show even aired. Keith did get some air time though honoring Dolly Parton by singing her song “Jolene” with Nora Jones and John Mayer (or was that Johnny Depp?). Anyway it was one of the highlights as far as I was concerned.

January 18, 2011 Just one day after appearing at the Golden Globes and interviewed on the red carpet, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman revealed yesterday they’re the parents of a new baby daughter. Funny, Kidman didn’t look pregnant at the Golden Globes. The baby was born December 28th. Huh? They are the biological parents, but another woman carried the baby to term. Most people know the process as a surrogate mother. It’s called a gestational carrier – legal in some states….illegal in others. It’s emotional, legally complex and in states where it’s legal it works like an adoption.
January 17, 2011 This comes as a huge surprise. Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have a new daughter. Faith Margaret Kidman Urban arrived Dec. 28 at The Women's Hospital at Centennial in Nashville. Faith was born through a gestational carrier and is the biological daughter of Kidman and Urban.
