			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kenyan Geoffrey Mutai won the Boston Marathon on Monday, <a href="http://sports.yahoo.com/top/news;_ylt=ArM017zq3hP0pXx1VGKxu4I5nYcB?slug=ap-bostonmarathon">finishing in 2 hours, 3 minutes, 2 seconds, the fastest 26.2 miles in history.</a></p>
<p>To put this into perspective, I ran the Buffalo <em>Half</em> Marathon (Yes...half the distance, only 13.1 miles) in 2 hours 40 minutes.  Granted, I was a 250 lb guy running his first race of that distance, but for him to run 26.2 miles in just over 2 hours is cooking!</p>
