There must be something about Michigan International Speedway that brings out the best in Kyle Larson.  He admitted he didn't think he had even a top-10 car on Sunday, but at the end he was good enough to be at the front of the field for an overtime restart.  It was there that he took advantage of a mistake by Martin Truex, Jr and it paid off for Larson with his third straight win at Michigan. It doesn't matter how many laps you lead, just as long as it's the last one.  Jimmie Johnson passed Kyle Larson on an overtime restart to win at Dover's Monster Mile on Sunday for his third Cup victory of the season, his 11th at Dover and the 83rd of his career.  It ties him with Cale Yarborough for sixth place on NASCAR's all-time win list.

Chalk up the seventh Cup win for Jimmie Johnson at Texas Motor Speedway.  He passed Joey Logano with 16 laps left and pulled away for his first victory of the season and 81st of his career.  Not a bad day after starting from the rear because he didn't use the same set of tires he qualified with.
