Someone from the Holland or Wales area is wanted for an incident that occurred. Officials are looks for someone who was pointing a laser pointer at airplanes that were landing at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

If you were seeing strange spots on your TV screen during the Lions-Bills game in Detroit on Sunday, you weren't hallucinating.  Allegedly, a Detroit fan was pointing a laser pointer at some of the Bills players to distract them.  Now, according to The Buffalo News, that person has been caught.

When we were little, my dad was pretty creative with the methods he used to get us out of bed. If yelling didn't work, it was often a pitcher of water, a bowl of snow or even some frozen ball bearings that would follow you around under the sheets no matter where you turned. But he never used this method.
