I look forward to it every spring. Yesterday, I joined thousands of onlookers as we gathered along the banks of the Niagara River near Front Park. We waited patiently watching for the hundreds of dolphins who would be making their annual migration to the ocean. As Coast Guard vessels stood watch to ensure no interruption of their long journey, suddenly someone shouted, "Here they come!"

Word coming this morning that Terrell Owens was treated for a prescription drug overdose in Los Angeles last week. He’s been released since then but apparently he was taking pain killers while recovering from surgery on a torn ACL. It’s not his first bout with an overdose. He was treated for an overdose in 2006 in what some say was a suicide attempt – but he denies it
